Standard shipping is free on orders over $49 in Canada and the U.S. For smaller orders, shipping is calculated at checkout. Standard delivery is usually 3–9 business days after your order ships.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is usually 3 to 9 business days after your order ships. Express delivery within Canada is usually 1 to 3 business days.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns by mail for new, unopened, unused, and sealed products within 14 days of the shipment date. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with photos so we can help.
What happens if my package is returned to sender?
If a package is returned to sender for reasons not caused by SEYUNE, the original shipping charges are non-refundable and reshipment fees may apply.

SEYUNE ships all orders from within Canada. Because your order is domestic, Canadian customers typically avoid the international customs delays and import duties that come with ordering from overseas.
